Wade A. Johnson is an accomplished trial lawyer and Senior Partner with the firm. His practice involves representing clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters in Federal and State Courts, United States Patent and Trademark Office, and Arbitration.

At the outset of any dispute, Mr. Johnson strives to thoroughly understand the objectives of his clients. From there, he develops a comprehensive strategy to best meet his client’s objectives in the most cost-effective manner possible. Due to the Firm’s low-cost structure, the expense for him to handle litigation matters is often half of what larger firms charge. Additionally, his litigation strategies keenly focus on the elements of a case that are important to the client and not on irrelevant ancillary details.

Mr. Johnson works hard to resolve matters prior to litigation; however, when litigation is unavoidable, he has the experience and expertise to handle all aspects of your case from the initial claim investigation through pleadings, discovery, expert witnesses, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. He looks forward to helping you resolve any legal matter that may come your way.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson was managing partner of litigation at a commercial and intellectual property boutique firm and AMLAW 200 firm partner.
