Bio: Marlana currently works as a paralegal with the firm’s trademark litigation department and assists in the preparation and filing of documents in both Federal Court and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters. She assists in all phases of discovery and performs extensive legal research. She solely maintains the litigation docket and oversees incoming correspondence from clients and foreign associates. Additionally, Marlana handles all copyright application filings and registrations with the firm.

Before joining the practice in 2019, Marlana also brings five years of patent prosecution experience to the firm.
