With over 20 years of experience as an international trademark paralegal, Gina is responsible for the prosecution and maintenance of global trademark portfolios. Her expertise includes the filing of overseas trademark applications and related prosecution documents, assignments, as well as the preparation of opposition documents. The world is forever changing and so are the trademark laws of the almost 150 countries in which Lackenbach clients seek and maintain registrations. Gina must keep up with these changes and advise our clients accordingly. Working with a worldwide network of foreign associate law firms, Gina is intimately involved in the recordation of assignments, corporate mergers, updates of our clients’ entity names and/or addresses, in foreign countries – each with different laws and procedures.
When time allows, Gina enjoys photography (Ansel Adams, Vivian Maier, and Saul Leiter being her favorite photographers) and when spare time allows, Gina enjoys yoga, reading classics, documentary films, and Pinterest.
