Claudine is responsible for maintaining the billing system, coordinating with other departments to ensure accuracy of invoices, creating and sending invoices to clients, corresponding with clients, following up on outstanding payments and resolving any billing issues. She directly address client matters involving credit cards, wires, and domestic and foreign invoice matters and is responsible for generating the formal closing reports under accounting standards for the business on a monthly basis.
